Repeat Prescriptions

If you require a repeat prescription for medication taken on a regular basis, please either request this by post or in person. These will be ready for collection after 48 hours; not including the weekend.

Stamped addressed envelopes are required if you wish to have your prescription posted to you.

We do not accept telephone requests.

Details of local pharmacies can be obtained from family health services.

You may also order your repeat prescriptions on line via the link at the top of this page. You will need to request a Pin number from the practice, you then need to register online and the effort of ordering is as simple as ABC. If you already have a PIN number for online appointment booking this can be used for repeat prescription requests.

Photographic identification will be required to register for online services.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. If you are not aware of your next review date please do contact reception.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
